Went to the gym this afternoon. Was raining this morning and my back has a wicked chill in it form sleeping with a breeze blowing on my bare back by the window a few nights ago. I thought yesterday’s ride would warm it out but it feels so painful it hurts when I sneeze.
Therefore, I spent about an hour on the massage chair reading my book before re-introducing my healing arm tendon to some weights. It did well and felt no strain or pain. Kept the weights low and just went throught the paces of my normal routine. Gave the legs a 75% strength workout and arms about 25% (weight load). Can feel a bit of weakness in my legs compared to previous gym visits. Need to make it a habut again.
Lots of new faces at the gym who looked at me like I was the new face…absence makes the face grow stranger.
