Did my usual 20km each way castle run. Beautiful blue sky as I set out but dark clouds coming in on the way back. Hope it’s not raining for tomorrow’s Seo Festival. Averaged 30kph up the river and dawdled back home with a little sprint at the end. Going to the gym for a very light work out and a bath and sauna.
