Have not been keeping this blog up to date with my rides because I haven’t really been riding much and have the Autumn riding blues where I tend to get slack because it’s starting to get cold.

Bought a new set of rain jacket and cycling rain pants today to force me to ride to work through the winter…the theory there is to recoup the money spent on them with not buying petrol for the car.

October 18th ride:
47.27km Sunday morning training.

October 19th ride:
55.89km to work and home via Teganuma

October 27th:
36.24km Tuesday night training

Today’s training:
51.04km Shimofusa Friendly Park. (forgot to reset the unit before starting so has me jump from Noda to Narita…)
