Once the cold wind died down today I did the same jog as the other day across the bridge and around the golf course. Had to race back home to the toilet though. I won by a second. Trots came 2nd. Certainly good motivation to pick the pace up a bit and introduce some yoga butt tightening exercises at the same time. Total workout. I even took the Garmin 705 along with the heart rate monitor. Slow pace. 8.1kph. 4.88km Average Heart rate 145bpm. Max 171bpm. Next time I’ll leave my training partner in the toilet.
