Rest Day

No cycling. No gym. No jogging. Just work.

Morning weight: 85.0kg
Breakfast 2 X fried eggs on toast with 2 X slices of cheese.
Morning Tea: One black coffee with sugar.
Lunch: Rice and teriyakichicken with half an egg: One can of VAAM.
Afternoon: 2 X Zero Cola
Dinner: Meat and potatoes. (Japanese dish called nikujaga). One glass of milk.
Very sleepy after work and had a 90 minute nap in front of the TV. (last night’s training and went to bed late last night at 1 a.m)

Supposed to snow tomorrow then good weather again for the weekend.
