Always wanted to do this in reverse thinking it would be harder. The first 18km are mostly downhill which is a contrast to doing it the usual way. The climb after though was pretty hard. Made it to the top and the only time I stopped was for photo opportunities. By about the third Beware Of The Bears sign I was starting to worry a little. No people, no cars, a few snakes… deep in the forest out of phone range in some parts. One flat tire and I’d be a picnic basket waiting to happen.
