Last night I had a Thai Green Curry, a bread roll, some protein with skim milk and about 1.5 litres of water. After yesterdays results where I may have been a little dehydrated this mornings results are probably closer to the truth. I’m going to try and record this data every morning and hopefully it will keep me on the right path and the numbers will improve steadily.
