Just the usual Sunday morning run with the team. Missed the start and has to TT by myself to the finish line. Could see the second group trying to catch me from behind but I managed to keep away. Also dropped my water bottle and had to turn around to pick it up. That’s when I saw the second group coming after me. Wind was a bit strong but that helped me come home. Will have to ride again tomorrow, and the next day and the next and the next….
