📘 School Rules & Policies

（スクール規約）

💰 Payment（お支払い）

• Monthly fees should be paid on or before the first lesson of each month.
  （月謝は毎月最初のレッスン日までにお支払いください）
• Please pay in cash or by the agreed method.
  （お支払い方法は事前にご案内いたします）

🔁 Cancellations & Make-up Lessons（欠席・振替）

• If you miss a lesson, we may be able to offer a make-up lesson, depending on availability.
  （欠席の場合、可能な範囲で振替レッスンをご案内します）
• Make-up lessons may be:
  
  • At a different time
  • With a different class level
    （時間やレベルが異なるクラスになる場合があります）
• Make-up lessons are not guaranteed.
  （振替レッスンは保証されません）

📅 Schedule Changes（スケジュール変更）

• We may sometimes be able to adjust lesson times.
  （スケジュール変更に対応できる場合もあります）
• However, students are expected to attend their regular scheduled class.
  （基本的には決められた曜日・時間での受講をお願いいたします）

💸 Refund Policy（返金について）

• We do not offer refunds for missed lessons.
  （欠席による返金は行っておりません）
• We will do our best to arrange a make-up lesson where possible.
  （可能な場合は振替対応を行います）

⏰ Arrival & Departure（来校・退室について）

• We truly appreciate students who are eager to come early and enjoy being here.
  （早めに来てくださる生徒さんのお気持ちは大変嬉しく思います）
• However, arriving too early may interrupt ongoing lessons or preparation time.
  （ただし、早すぎる来校は他のレッスンや準備の妨げになる場合があります）
• If you arrive too early, we may ask you to wait outside or in a designated area until your lesson time.
  （早く到着された場合は、開始時間まで外または指定場所でお待ちいただく場合があります）
• Classes sometimes run slightly longer than scheduled.
  （レッスンが予定より長引く場合があります）
• Therefore, we kindly ask students to leave promptly after their lesson to avoid delaying the next class.
  （次のレッスンに影響が出ないよう、終了後は速やかにご退室をお願いいたします）

⏰ Punctuality（時間厳守）

• Please arrive on time for lessons.
  （レッスンには時間通りにお越しください）
• Late arrival may result in a shorter lesson.
  （遅刻された場合、レッスン時間が短くなることがあります）

📖 Homework & Participation（宿題・参加）

• Regular practice and homework are important for progress.
  （上達のために宿題と復習を大切にしてください）
• Active participation in class is expected.
  （積極的にレッスンに参加しましょう）

🧒 Classroom Behavior（クラスでのマナー）

• Students should be respectful to teachers and classmates.
  （講師や他の生徒への思いやりを大切にしましょう）
• Disruptive behavior may result in a warning or lesson adjustment.
  （授業の妨げとなる行動には注意を行います）

📱 Communication（連絡について）

• Please contact us as early as possible for absences or changes.
  （欠席や変更はできるだけ早めにご連絡ください）
• We may use LINE or email for communication.
  （連絡はLINEまたはメールを使用します）

🌏 Our Teaching Approach（指導方針）

• Lessons are designed to be fun, practical, and confidence-building.
  （楽しく、実用的で、自信を育てるレッスンを行います）
• We aim to support each student at their own pace.
  （生徒一人ひとりのペースに合わせて指導します）
