I have only been in one race this year and was not in shape for that. This Sunday I will run two friendly races at Friendly Park. 1.5km TT and a 9km intermediate level race with about 30 riders.
I have had a case of bronchitis for the last week or so and it is still lingering on. Hopefully I’ll be right by SUnday.
