Been doing 50 or 100 leg lifts off the front porch the last week every morning with the aim of building up to 200 or 300 a morning. A bit like lazy sit-ups. Hang my legs over the edge while laying down and lift above and below horizontal. Can feel it working my thighs and stomach. Hope it does something beneficial to me. Something to do while I feed the dogs their breakfast. Have to try and finish before they come licking my face.
Tonight there were 8 riders and all faster than me. Tried my best but let them fly away at the 10km mark and then caught 2 others who got dropped after me towards the end.
