Last night I went to training and we decided to take it easy as the cops spoke to us last week. That suited me as I was still feeling a bit dizzy from the fasting.
After the warm up 5 of us broke the pattern and went into the twilight zone. That being the Wednesday night sprint tunnel. After 2 or 3 sprints up to 55kph I thought I was going to pass out so then dropped out and rode slowly by myself.
Got home watched the Tour De France Team Time Trial (Lance & Astana blitzed that and now Lance is 0 seconds behind Cancellara who is in the yellow jersey).
This morning I was feeling like I was going to pass out too. Weighed myself and I was down to 82.7kg.
Obviously a little dehydrated even though I drank a lot of water before bed and while riding.
As my wife & I were going to the new Shin Misato COSTCO today (opened yesterday), and not wanting to pass out along the way, I broke the fast and had 2 pieces of raisin toast.
At COSTCO I had the obligatory hot dog and coke for 250 yen.
I bought a bunch of grapes, some grapefruits and with them will un-fast using the remaining packs of toxin absorber over the next few days. I should be able to kick start into some weight loss now.
The fasting over all was good. (cleansing). I’m not sure it did all I expected of it. My intestines/bowels may have been cleaner than I thought. Not much came out but the rubberised fiber drink. If it absorbed toxins as it passed good on it. I’m not going to have toxicology reports done on any of it.
