Jun 1, 2008 13:16 Going to record my eating + cycling = weight loss progress in here. I’ve been battling weight gain ever since the day I got married. My usual weight before marriage was between 75 & 80kgs. My first year in Japan I was working out doors in Tokyo Disneyland and due to
