Hisashiburi Tuesday Night

It’s been about 3 weeks since our last Tuesday night training… maybe only two…but feels like four.
About ten of us tonight. No warm-up speedsters so we could warm up at a good pace and not worry too much. I managed about a ten kilometer warm-up before everybody arrived. Warm-ups are GOLD!

High Hematocrit over 50%

I got my medical check-up results back yesterday and after a high hematocrit level for the last two years I was anxious to see what it was for the third year.
2007 47.1%
2008 50.0%
2009 51.1%

The puppies woke me up at 4 a.m and after attending to them there was no excuse for me to miss the Tuesday morning ‘new’ training group. Last week I went straight back to sleep and felt guilty.
