Arrived a bit early at the start meeting point so decided to head off alone in front and see how long I could hold off the 2 groups who would be chasing. Maybe I left too early as I managed to do the whole course solo and then wait an extra 15 minutes at the end before the first guys made it home.
This may be a nice way of getting back in shape. I’ll leave a little later each week and see how many weeks I can hold them off.
Next week though the Bridgestone Team are going to take us training at Shimofusa Friendly Park. Hoping to be a bit slimmer and fitter for them!
Yesterday I started using the Livestrong iphone calorie tracker application. Will see if that helps. Funny how I didn’t have breakfast yesterday or a large lunch but somehow managed to eat 400 calories over what I was supposed to eat!
This calories just sneak up on you when you’re not looking!
