Had some sushi rice after training last night. Should I have a snack after training so late at night or just fill up wiht water and go to bed. I think the body needs some minerals and carbs after a hard work out. But shouldn’t be eating so close ot bedtime.
Breakfast today was a coffee flavored protein in ice cold water as I drove to work. Need to keep away from the school canteen at lunch time.
