We were hoping an ex-pro would turn up tonight but unfortunately he didn’t make it. Hopefully he will make one of our rides over the next week while he is in Japan.
At first there were only 3 of us and I was still tired from last night so just tried to go slow. The other two were just trying to go fast. Needless to say I didn’t win or come close to winning any of the sprints. A few 2nds lot of 3rds. A fourth rider turned up late and he rode alone for 6 laps till we gelled together for the last 2 laps.
A little windy and a few sightings of the patrol car with its flashing red lights but no problems.
Hoping my body starts to evolve into a C grade contender. Not getting any younger.
