Did a bit of gardening, a bit of cleaning, a bit of dog washing, a bit of tidying up and earnt myself a ride.
Took the Edo river to the castle a right hander on the Tone river to the 100km to the sea mark, (Fukuda) then the road past the golf clubs to the Tone canal and back to the Edo river. Medium cross-wind on every stretch so got a good slow work out. My seat slipped at the 20km mark and had to disassemble and reassemble it to get it right again.
Should be able to get a 100km ride in tomorrow if the weather is good. Lucnh time ride to Higashi Matsudo and night time training combined.
